I don't know when that would've occurred, since Roger said in '87 or '88 that he gave up trying to fit the KAOS narrative onto the album, and would have to rely on other elements in the live show to tell the story. I like both songs and I think they are highlights of their respective average albums, though I don't see many similarities.
On the contrary, they evoke totally different atmospheres to me. Yet Another Movie is creepy, apocalyptic. Keep Talking seems triumphant and optimistic. Both futuristic, though in opposite emotions, IMO.
