Your fav prog-rock band???

I agree, I don't feel Floyd are a prog-rock band. What prog-rock did they do except Echoes, SOYCD and probably the three long songs from Animals. If you listen to any other pre-1973 stuff, it's psychedelic and rhythm'n'blues also and lots of improvisations. Prog rock has more structured songs with actually not much place to improvisate - like some kind of rock symphonies IMO.

Man! You have a lot to learn.
