there are 17 Pink Floyd "official albums"/"compilations" if you consider:
The Piper at the Gates of Dawn
A Saucerful of Secrets
More
Ummagumma
Atom Heart Mother
Relics
Meddle
Obscured by Clouds
The Dark Side of the Moon
Animals
The Wall
Wish You Were Here
A Collection of Great Dance Songs
The Final Cut
A Momentary Lapse of Reason
Division Bell
Pulse
Does it have anything to do with catalogue #s???
If that's not it, then you got me There are seventeen tracks on disc one. There are seventeen numbers. There are seventeen Pink Floyd "albums". Beyond that...I am lost.

Right, a little analysis of the numbers:
Considering the 6-digit numbers as three 2-digit numbers, the variance over the 17 numbers is only 26 in the first pair, 26 in the second, and 24 in the third. Doesn't seem to be any pattern though.
Adding the first pair of digits of each number gives 365 - these numbers are a way of splitting up the year?
Okay, I admit - I have too much time on my hands!!

I think you could be on to something there Linda! I reckon this is just a scam made up by the artwork department to get people to download more copies, or alternatively the numbers hidden in the grey bar are actually the results for the 101 in 6 darts or less on the first series of Bullseye, admittedly I havent thought this through. In The Pink wrote:Could it indeed just be a scam like the original Enigma

Is it actually anything to do with the numbers or have we been barking up the wrong bush all this time?
