You got it!!! He piles the dirt up against one of the walls until it is high enough for him to get over the wall and jump down to the other side where he is free!!!!

i have another one!!

There is a man who stands on a road called the hangman. The hangman asks everyone the same question, "Where are you going?" If you answer the truth, he will let you pass. If you lie, then you will get hanged. What is the one answer one can have that would leave the hangman stumped?
