Re: Post a Pink Floyd or Related Video
First the video is taken down, and now the whole channel is gone. And the handful of messages at Y regarding this release were also promptly sent to oblivion It is easy to see what happened.
What a pity. If they had just quietly uploaded the torrent to the usual sites we all would have it by now. But no, they had to make a teaser campaign... and surely enough Loasby and/or Roger got word of it and prevented its release.
What now? Another 40 years before we get to see this material?

It was the announcement of a release of the June 1981 Wall concert. Transferred and restored from 8mm film that was shot by a fan back then, and that was known to be hoarded. Apparently it was a complete run of the concert with around 100 minutes of footage, not just short snippets.

I don't think all is lost, just this advance stuff of theirs it seems was pulled and their YT channel closed down, its just a matter of retitling the torrent differently and putting it out there, there are ways. I notice the Yeeshkul thread about it has disappeared too.Niebla de Fuego wrote: ↑Fri Jun 18, 2021 6:59 pmFirst the video is taken down, and now the whole channel is gone. That tantaliser trailer earlier, damn, the footage of the pig after In the Flesh II was the clearest I'd seen, why is it that Waters doesn't want us to see the original sow in all its glory, like the marvellous photos from The Visual Documentary book.

I was searching through some old stuff I downloaded of Napster back in the day and came across this. Apparently its Roger Waters performing a Bo Diddley track I Can Tell. Apart from that I have no other information about this track so any other info would be good

I Like this cover by Alice Cooper who merges it nicely with his School's Out.
