David not using his new effects board?

Looks like Mr Gilmour has been recording his new album but not using his lovely new Pete Cornish custom built pedal board!! I wonder if it is finished yet? Unless his board is on the floor and the thing next to him is just mic pre amps and the like??

sorry. Yes it does seem strange that he would have a custom set made, and then it not be with him when he is recording. I can't find any pictures of Dave recording, with the unit in view, strange indeed.

The effects board has been built for the tour and wont be or wasnt completed until after the recording sessions for the album, the board is dated January 2006.

yeah, there is a date of 1-26-06 on what appears to be the finished product on pete's site. pedal looks awesome.
