Did anyone run into that shirt-bootlegger in the parking lot? Since my scanner isn't on, here's a description of the shirt.

On top: ROGER WATERS TOUR

On bottom: 2006 THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON

And the image... the DSotM prism, using the SACD's rainbow, overlayed upon... get ready...

THE COVER ART OF P*U*L*S*E.

The back has that weird hovering man from PULSE with the tour dates below him.
Amazing.

We parked in the "premier parking" and I didn't see any bootleg t-shirts although I was looking for some. But we also didn't see many cops so we got to hang out and have a few drinks before the show which was cool.

I was also in the Premo parking. There were a lot of cops on ATVs, but they were to busy having fun rocketing over the top of that little hill that separated the parking lots... :P

I would like to see one of those bootleg Tshirts. Doubtless Mr. Waters would, as well.

Congradulations. I guess you're closer to Indianapolis than I am, so getting there is actually an option.

I live in Rockville; It's a 1275 mile round-trip!

Everything has been arranged, however.

So when I see Roger next week, when is the best time to take a bathroom break? :) Maybe I'll try during Leaving Beirut. I don't want to miss "Sheep" but if I wait for the intermission after that I apparently won't make it back in time for Dark Side....

(Also have any On An Island shirts been spotted at any shows yet?)

If you leave during Leaving Beirut, there is an 80% chance you'll be mistaken for a Republican. I reccomend waiting and dashing towards the bathroom right after Sheep (there is always a 15 or 20 minute break, plus two minutes of heartbeats). Or just head for the bathroom after the Pig breaks free during the repetitive ending riff.

So it seems, meanwhile, that the audio of this show has finally surfaced. Just my luck, however, the crowd is loud and only the first set is captured (and even then In The Flesh is chopped). I hope another recording surfaces.

Where is the audio for the show? I would really like it.....

The Indy show was much better, by the way. the venue was roughly a thrid of the size of Nissan (but there were at least 20,000 people there, as there were 18,000 on the lawn....), but the music was lightyears ahead of Nissan. Waters got NO booes during Leaving Beirut, and he was really, really appreciative of that, and seemed to go all out for the rest of the set, especially Comfortably Numb. Comfortably Numb was like a different song compared to Nissan, it was played so better.

And I bet the show you were at will be released as a Master<PCM soundboard bootleg and a pro-shot DVD, knowing my luck.

The audio is on Yeeshkul, by the way.

Actually, I DID see cameramen walking around stage during the performance, and the performance DID seem to be extra good......

By the way, is the pig supposed to be cut loose? Roger seemed to be amused by the release, remarking, "Who has my pig?".

I have the incident on video, I'll see about uploading it.
