Swear filter

I removed a lot of swear words from the banlist so some swear words can get through now. The "f" and "s" words as well as the "c" words are not nice enough to be read but the others can pass.

We can now talk about some mad buggers wall, getting pissed but cant say fucking in the bushes!!

I'm thinking really to quit swearing... or not, but I didn't mind that few words were banned, you can make any word to be must-be-banned if you use it correctly.

Well i guess NPF has advanced to the mighty 12 certificate site, i welcome it as long as we can all be mature about this new freedom
