I would like to get everyone's thoughts on the two songs from the Early Years cd..... Julia Dream and Paintbox. I like these songs...

I always thought he was saying "sick".
But "Syd" makes more sense.

Julia Dream is one of my favourite songs.Do we have any interview to clarify what it is said in the end ?Is it just "save me ...save me" or "syyyyyyd saaave me".I find it a little bit similar to A pillow of winds.

I love both of them. They are beautiful and very sad, but not soppy, that's quite a rare situation... And I do hate soppiness...
