The Most "Un-Pink Floydish" Song they recorded

Post by dswain81 »

What is the song that any form of Pink Floyd recorded that was the least like other stuff they have done? I know, I know, they had many different "phases," but still...which song sounds the least like the floyd to you?

My vote is the Dogs of War or Seamus.....hmmmmm lots of dog themes in PF.

I only would like to say one thing about that song: take it back

Already three songs from More are listed here. Does this mean we could say More is the most Un-Floydish album by Pink Floyd?

Probably Gonzo will not agree, since I think in his opinion More is the best Floyd album ever... In the end it will come down to what you think Floyd is all about in the first place, I guess.

And what's exactly wrong with that song?
I agree that MLOR and DB don't sound like Pink Floyd, but it doesn't mean that they have to be bad albums. Well, MLOR perhaps is not particulary good :? but I like the Division Bell. And I also like Take it back.
