Can anyone please tell me who wrote the lyrics on the albums before Dark Side Of The Moon? Albums like Meddle, etc...thanks

There was this guy called Syd Barret. He like Played the saxofon on wish you were here and wrote joke songs about how fugly Roger Waters is.

Hey Meddler, great info, but it doesn?t specify who did the lyrics, for example, on Meddle, "Echoes" it shows who did the song, but does it goes too for the lyrics, I mean, did all of them also did the lyrics on Echoes?

I think it was Roger, who wrote the lyrics for Echoes.
