What is in your CD Players?

Post by Keith Jordan »

I have a 3 tray CD player and the three CDs that currently occupy those trays are as follows:

CD1 - Supertramp - Breakfast In America
CD2 - Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon
CD3 - Doves - the last broadcast

What about you people? What are you listening to?

:) :) :) :)

Mercury Rev - The deserters song and when that finishes its going to be a toss up between Syd or the flaming lips. It will probably be the flaming lips as Ive been torturing the kids all evening with Syd. Ive told them it stays on until they like it.

I've only got a single disc player, but right now Wish You Were Here is in it.
I love to blast it at full volume. Same with the Wall Live.

All the phish albums...well not really all their albums, I take live RoIo's that I download and make them into CDs...kinda like P.U.L.S.E. Disc 2's Dark Side Of The Moon. Any phish fans out there know exactly why I would do this...cuz they're 1000x better live! I've got over 300 live Phish tracks...they're basically all I listen to anymore.
All The PF Albums...The Wall and DSOTM I listen to every day, no matter what. They rock that much...it's been, what, a year and a half now? Still listen to them every day. The rest I listen to here and there.
All the Dave Matthews Band CDs cept for their live ones..
Jimi Hendrix: Band Of Gypsies, and Electric Lady Land.
Grateful Dead: Live Dead, Terrapin Station, American Beauty (I highly, Highly, HIGHLY recommend that you download Ripple. It's a very lyrically and musically powerful song), Dead Set, and In The Dark (gotta love Touch Of Grey)
Some burnt CDs of George Carlin and Chris Rock.
Bob Marley: Legends
A few rap CDs...Snoop, Jay Z, Dre, Eminem, all the stuff us white boys love...
Roger Waters: PACOHH, ATD, and Radio Kaos (got ITF on DVD)
The rest are techno mixes I've made. I'm a DJ for fun, I screw around and record what I've made. DJing is more fun than anything else. I say it's the best job out there.
