Just for your information, it is possible to post youtube videos on the forum here. Here is how....
1 - There is a box on youtube.com on the video playing page for the "embed" code for posting on websites. Copy that.
2 - Paste that onto the forum here. It will look like this below. I have highlighted the location of the video URL that you need to copy. You don't need the other stuff.

Touché monsieur. Rest assured your shared knowledge was used for a totally non-grubby purpose!
Youtube allows the "embedding" of videos on other websites so makes that possible on their site. The BBC want control over their content so I dont imagine it is possible.
You can probably save the streams from the BBC though using something like SDP or StreamBox (old legacy version).
