Roger Waters will be joining the cast of The Exonerated to act out the role of Gary Gauger in New York's Bleeker Street theatre. He will be joining the crew between November 27th 2012 and December 2nd 2012.

Hmmm...I had rather thought that his screen tests for The Wall movie (as well as his general stage persona) indicated that the man couldn't act.
Hopefully, this is all just research for the stage version of The Wall which has supposedly been in the works for years.
I have a "book" for it, if he happens to be interested.
I've even solved the problem of adding laughs to it without watering everything down.
