Hungarian band Omega sounded a bit like early 70s Floyd to me.

Re: ARTISTS WHO SOUND LIKE PINK FLOYD
I was unaware of the band Toy Matinee, until someone posted a song on another forum that they said sounded like Pink Floyd.
It turns out to be a band including a number of Pink Floyd and Roger Waters related musicians. Patrick Leonard, Tim Pierce, and Guy Pratt was sort of involved though not a formal member of the band. I did a search on this forum, and it seems that they were only mentioned in one thread here: a thread asking for questions to ask Guy Pratt.
This is a song which has pretty much the same title as the band and the album it's from. The Toy Matinee.
Sounds pretty Floydian to me. But, some of the members of the band have had practice.

I think the music on this video sounds like it could be from TER. Though, not as distiinctive sounding as Rick and Dave would have made it. (There are no drums nor percussion.) I keep on expecting it to play the SOYCD theme.

I was surprised to not find Quicksand when I searched on the forum. A number of mentions of David Bowie's song, and a few mentions of the colloid suspension of sand in water. But, not this band.
Personally I think there is no way that this is not inspired by PF. About 1960-70 PF. And, I think it's pretty decent too.

This Album ‘Headlock’ by ‘Troy Bentley is well worth checking out if you are looking for something in a Pink Floyd style.

This is a track from a new release by the band 'Trip the Witch'. This is a band with the Stone Temple Pilots Dean DeLeo with session man Tom Bukovac.
I think the Pink Floyd influence is quite obvious. This sounds to me like it could easily be from TER. Though, perhaps not the best song on TER.

I always felt a floydian vibe in a lot of krautrock records.
I love Can's albums until Future Days. I'm pretty sure that fans of PF's late 60's, early 70's era, would love those album.
Really, check anything from Monster Movie until FD. You won't be disappointed.
