I agree, I have just watched my "In the Flesh" DVD and I must say it is really good.

(At least, no Guy Pratt )

I agree, this song to be at it's best needs both roger and dave singing their respective parts/roles.

But the ending of this song on roger's ITF - Live DVD with the 'snowy white and doyle bramhall II guitar duel' is awesome.

I caught the show at Birmingham and it blew my mind (or was this caused by something else.)

DSOT is the best version... but only on the CD not on the video. They seemed to use a different preformance of the song on the video.

If I were you I would choose the PULSE-version. It's very long, but not too and when you would say: "I've had enough", ends. This is the best one!

PULSE

The guitar solo on Pulse is just amazing, and when you watch the video and see that huge mirror ball come from the ceiling you can tell they wanted that moment to be the climax of the night - and it is!

Although it is a tough choice. I would have to say the version from PULSE the guitar solos are amazing.

The Is There Anybody Out There? Version is my favorite. The solos are great, and he's standing on the Wall! :D

It is awesome! I love it! :)
The vocals are really good, and the song is saddest.

I prefer the original, but the version on the David Gilmour DVD with Bob Geldof is awesome too. Although Geldof seems very nervous and has to hold the lyrics sheet, he does a great job singing the doctor-part. He makes that part of the song sound much more evil.
