Yeah, they do roughly the same thing (thankfully its playing guitar in this case) but their apporach is different. Not just their technique etc... but their apporach to the instrument!

this is a bogus poll. they both are good musicians. its comparing apples and oranges. they both sound great. why are we ratting on him because he cant play as good as David Gilmour? its really stupid. what do u expect...a david gilmour clone to play alongside Waters. just stop this stupid thread cause its way too pointless!
