I may have to chance buying a relatively cheap handheld and easily concealable digital video camera to record the manchester Bridgewater performance. I may have to record the RAH one as well!!

At royalalberthall.com there is a page with "Hall Etiquette" It says:tea-set wrote:do you think/know if there will be a dress code for the royal albert hall shows?

"There is no dress code for the majority of shows. If a dress code is requested for a particular performance, patrons will be notified on their tickets."
"Cameras & Electronic Devices" It says:
"Cameras, video equipment and tape recorders are not permitted."

There is no dress code at the RAH and you'd get in wearing jeans.
However, a couple of my friends are coming over from the US and we'ere seriously considering wearing little black dresses as we want to look our best for the occasion

I've taken my tiny camera in to the RAH on many occasions. However, it fits into a small pocket.
