Is there any kind of code of conduct where magazine articles shouldnt be reproduced while the magazine is still in circulation?

Keith once mentioned in a thread that he couldn't post a scan from a mag, cause it was still the current issue, so maybe once the next issue comes out, and there are none left on the shelves it's ok

Thats what I thought, I guess it will deter people from buying the magazine if they can read it online, but then again, if they know it will be available they'll hang on anyway, I guess if youre going to buy it you'll buy it, if not then you wont, or something like that

I think you can reproduce it for criticism and comment so long as it does not affect the copyright holders income from their property. Sharing scans of current issues contravenes the last part of that previous sentence!
