I took an online IQ test today and was a little dissapointed with my result so purchased the full explanation of it all in an effort to bring some self esteme back!!

I scored a pathetic 109. I have good pattern recognition skills but poor spacial awareness! Oh well. I took too long answering a couple of the questions where i should have just moved on so would have scoreh higher if i just guessed a couple!! :roll:

I think that is a bit of a womans website but I was drawn in today by an advert. I guess I have a soft side as well as my hight violent, masculine and evil side!! Only joking. I am just generally nasty! :lol: Again, just joking. This could go on for hours.... :roll:

Alse, please bear in mind, that English is NOT my native language, and it is 3.38 in the morning here... :lol:
Then again, I've done similar tests in Finnish, and the result was more or less the same.

I got a 130, but I don't really think these tests mean anything. I knew a guy once who failed grade 8 and had to go to summer school that year, and he got a 167 or something on an IQ test.

I wizzed through it. Perhaps that explains my crap result. I was too aware of it being timed... Argh, excuses excuses... :?

I scored 138, but online tests are hardly accurate. :roll: I've taken others and the scores have ranged from 105 - 162. Besides, 100 is supposed to be average.

Like someone once said -- it's only an indicator of how good you are at taking IQ tests... I had mine tested a couple of times in my life -- it's over 150, but to get the exact figure I'd have to do an "advanced" test or something... it's all a bit circular.

A few years ago I took an iq test online (not this one) and I scored 144. I took this one last night (on my laptop while watching TV and trying to control my puppy while my husband babbled smalltalk to me) and scored a 122. I figured something was amiss (tvs and puppies and babbling husbands make one stupider) so I retook it this morning and got 164.
