I moved your topic from the Pink Floyd forum to the members past and present forum as it has nothing to do with Pink FLoyd! :)

I had a look around and could only find one available as Region 2 (UK and Europe) from Play.com

Thanks Keith for your time and assistance. But, still looking for region 1, (or region 0 should work also I believe)

It might be worth picking up a cheap multi-region player, you can get them for as little as $30 now I believe (good quality to I understand, tho it might be worth going a little higher if you can) and you could always cut your losses and sell on your existing DVD player, if you go multi-region it'll open up a whole lot more options for you when buying DVDs, its a good investment.

If you buy a region 2 say from ebay you can then use something like DVD X Copy to make a duplicate. This will remove the region from it.

not really a stupid question - according to the listings it has a doco about the making of the wall which my region all has. as well as set and character designs animations and unreleased footage which my region all also has.

no mention of a specific interview with rog though its probably available on youtube anyways.

Synched together. It was not "alright on the night" as they say, and power problems caused a couple of songs to be abandoned, while others were pretty dodgey. The video and soundtrack included some stuff from rehearsal footage, and things that were recorded afterwards and then edited in.

The raw televised footage is quite different in parts, and one can't help but feel a little sympathy for poor old Rog on the night. He even tried tap-dancing to keep the audience entertained when the sound was lost after only one song. At least he kept his sense of humour :?
