Syd: He would either not show up for the fight or be too stoned to fight well.

Roger: He would be too miserable to fight well. He would afterwards write a concept album about the fight, but it wouldn't sell that well.

Dave: He would be too busy trying to get the person he's fighting with to help him write a new song for the next album.

Rick: He would complain about how the guy fighting him isn't letting him have enough of a part in the fight, and would quit halfway through it, then complain about how mean a guy the person who he was fighting with was.

Therefore, Nick wins by default.
