Who is carrying the torch?

This thread has made it clear to me that we all get widely differing things out of PF's music. And if PF is something different for each of us, then of course we're all going to choose a completely different band to carry on the proverbial torch. For most of you, if you heard the band I would choose, you would most likely pass them off as another washed out grunge-rock band, and that's your right...whereas, for me they're the pinnacle of art-rock (or prog-rock) of the modern musical era, just like I thing Pink Floyd was the pinnacle of theirs.
