Did Roger really hate his teachers or was it the school he didn?t like?

He's said before a lot of the teachers he had were fine people, but there was a small minority that he didn't like

He has also said that the point of focusing on that one teacher was to show how it only takes ONE bad experience to really affect the rest of a person's life.

Then, do we ought to send a thankful thought to Roger?s teacher, saying that without him there might not been a Wall at all?

Let's not be so sure. Happiest days of our lives is a very small component of the Wall. Also, it has been stated countlessly that the main reason for the wall was the behavior of the audience on the animals tour in 1977.

Along the way there must been some kind of connection between that evil teacher and 'spitting concert' that ended up in The Wall?

Yes, and in a way some teachers did try to get us comfortably numb in the classroom!

I can see a connection in that perhaps by bullying students, this teacher "taught" Roger that it's acceptable to bully others.
But, hey...that's just me. *shrug*

Who is the strongest, who is the best
Who holds the aces, the East or the West
This is the crap our children are learning!
Another view of Rogers way of looking at the school.

And Roger
also given the answer what kind of life that evil teacher had...
But in the town it was well known
when they got home at night their fat and
Psychopathic wives would thrash them
within inches of their lives

It's not only 'bout them, ENGLISH teachers, but 'bout a big brainwash in general, I think
