Booklet information required

There are still a few people I need to chase up for their details to be included in the booklet but in the meantime if anyone hasnt given me their booklet responses or would just like to do so again to be on the safe side please e-mail answers to the following questions to [email protected]

1. Band Name (and song)
2. Forum Name (and real name if you wish)
3. Country
4. Why you chose the song that you did
5. Website address

Questions 3-5 are not compulsory but it would be useful to have at least questions 1 and 2 answered so people know who they're listening to and of course to give the necessary credit.

I bought the KQED boot on vinyl when I was a teenager in the 1970's and have always loved this version...and it seemed the perfect opportunity to record a song with my sons Geoff (16) and Dan (13)...also I'm a keyboard player, and I always wanted to do this song on guitar, so I gave it a go! We had some fun with the name of our "band" given that we are all Zampino's.
