1.Grandaddy
2.Flaming Lips
3.Bright Eyes
4.Interpol
5.Polyphonic Spree
Im extra chuffed to see that all of these are playing Glastonbury this year so I really cant wait now!!!!

Fully agreed. Tool is quite possibly the greatest thing ever to happen to music, imo.mosespa wrote:TOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Other great bands include Radiohead, Incubus, Foo Fighters, Hot Hot Heat, Weezer (although they're going downhill), System Of a Down, Rage Against The Machine (so what if they broke up?), A Perfect Cirle, and, of course, Cake.

My modern favorite is Modest Mouse.
And I feel like a shmuck, because I--who generally denounces pop and all things fabricated--am shamelessly digging the @!*# out of those t.A.T.u. girls. EEEEEEK.
