I actually voted for Division Bell as the "best".
But in order of "which am I likely to get out and listen to" it would be:
Momentary Lapse of Reason
About Face
Division Bell

I love all four of those, and About Face is my favorite. But I had to go with The Division Bell, as I believe that is the most well-done of the four.
