Early Rick Wright Song: "You're The Reason Why"

Has anybody heard or heard of this song before? I was looking around on the internet and a website was talking about it. Apparently Rick wrote it in 1965, and its only released was as a B-side from a band called "Adam, Mike, and Tim." Anybody know anything more?

Nick Mason recalls it in 'Inside Out'--the Adam, Mike, and Tim single A-side was a track called "Little Baby."

Vernon Fitch may have some more info on this... :?:
