"Flight From Reality"
Has anybody heard of a late 1975 song called "Flight From Reality"? The only info that I found on it was that it was "very strange." Is it actually real?

No, it's actually "Flight from Reality", I'm 100% sure.mosespa wrote:Incorrect...Bitter Love is a different song, according to my research.Nobody wrote:a real outtake, also called "Bitter Love"
The title is also incorrect...it was actually called "Flight From Fantasy," not "Reality."
As best as I can figure, it's quite possible that it became Pigs (3DO.)

And I'm 1,000 percent sure that I am correct and you are incorrect.Nobody wrote:No, it's actually "Flight from Reality", I'm 100% sure.mosespa wrote: Incorrect...Bitter Love is a different song, according to my research.

We were just discussing "Flight From FANTASY" about this time last year. I've even read some interview with Roger in which he differentiates it from Bitter Love (strike one for you,) and even suggests that it might end up on their next album (which became Animals and so supports the idea that it could have become Pigs (3DO,)...and he calls the song "Flight From Fantasy"...strike two for you.
Want to go for strike three?

On THIS site: http://forum.neptunepinkfloyd.co.uk/vie ... &view=next it's called "Flight From Fantasy."
If I'm not mistaken (and I admit that I very well could be,) the title as I am so insistent on it being called appears in an interview with Roger in the Wish You Were Here tab book.
If that IS true, rest assured that I will take Roger's casual mention of it in an interview over your assertions to the other any day of the week.
Strike Two; Ball One.
