So, I gave a copy of Double Core to Herbie (my favorite karaoke jock,) and got back a wonderful response which included the suggestion that the ONLY thing missing was some LSD
He's also copying it and passing it on.

I shall try and find the time to put the FLAC and MP3 of the album on this website for people to download. I have been meaning to do it for a while! Anyone know where I can get JPEGs of the artwork? The PDF I have is no use to most people I dont think!

Re: First Outside Comments On Double Core Received...
I'd like to write a review
First of all, I'd REALLY like to thank everyone involved, not only because you guys (including me) took part in this, but also ecause in my opinion the album rocks!!! It totally rocks my world!! I'm really proud !
Sean, - special thanks to you for putting the pieces together right . And for those transitions.
The album is very Floydish, yet not over-Floydish, - it sounds a lot like Floyd, yet also has a life on its own. We've put OUR souls into it. But the spirit is Floydian, - there's a lot of references to PF albums, from Piper ... (Titanic Drill sure sounds a bit like Interstellar Overdrive) to The Division Bell (Sean's guitar on Deep Horizon I*, and Jeff's Silent Victory; the selection of the 1st 2 tracks also reminds me of classic PF openings - an instrumental, with Gilnour's guitar, followed by some funky action). For other examples, - Sean's dialogue plus Deep Horizon II sounds like the silent part of One Of My Turns; and - again, - Sean's Stars sound like a solo Waters song. A lot of topics are Floydish - birth, death, epics, emotions. They all fit in with Double Core's world.
We've done a terribly good work, ladies and gentlemen! I give 100/100 It shows we're capalbe of doing something really worth listening. That gives me the assureance that our next efforts will be as worth.
