Good news! I finished remastering Double Core last night and have uploaded the files to the index page where the original files can be downloaded. Here is the link again:

Please let me know what you think. I hope you all enjoy it!

We may still have a tad of polishing to do here, so anyone who is listening and comparing, please share your opinions and I will address them. I especially want to hear from those who recorded and submitted tracks. I want to make sure that everyone is happy with the improvements.

I'm playing it in my car too. It was a bitch to convert it to 8 track, but worth the trouble.

my car stereo pushes hi freq end out more due to using splits so i notice that especially on magnolia its got a lot of high on it. - i had to run on eq flat. that is just an idiosyncrasy of the system i have in the car.

the levels are about right when i play it on the home stereo - i hope the Charybdis project works out as well. 8)

I'm glad you like it. Any more opinions? What do the rest of you think? If all remain pleased, then I will send the master disc and files to mossy after the holidays, when the mail isn't so retarded.
