I have the first one with Carl Palmer. I used to have one called Death Walks Behind You that I liked a lot. I wish I still had it.

Re: Atomic Rooster
i think death walks etc is their best album.
dont buy headline news unless you want to be dissapointed. even though it has david gilmour on it that doesnt save it

If you know where to go you can get all there stuff free on the net including there BBC recordings. Back in the 70's they had a couple of hit singles.

Re: Atomic Rooster
i stumbled across the first album once - but i have all the songs on it anyway.
made in england is pretty good too - and there is an Atomic Rooster dvd which is a 30 minute dutch studio concert i think - thats damn good for its time
dont be too hard on people "just discovering" bands. BTW.
i "just discovered" Rory Gallagher a couple of years ago and i was very chagrined to discover he was dead

I couldn't agree more. I hope the day never comes when I've "discovered" everything that's out there, even when it's 30 - 40 years old.oz1701 wrote:

Ive got Irish Tour 1974 by Gallagher, and Its one of my favourites. There's also a film that goes with it of several irish concerts that is also fantastic.
