Post by The Crazy Diamond »

Picked up a Pink Floyd figure today , series one...Pink and Female Scorpion..almost mint, box and still wired into the packaging , paid 4 quid in a Oxfam charity shop .

If you paid £4 then thats a result. Series 1 is like rocking horse shit now and costs a jews eye if you do find a set. The figures were sold individually or as a box set - the box set had an extra figure. The extra figure in the series one box set was the hammer megaphone and the extra in the series 2 was the flowers. The figures are designed to fit together so that you have a long wall with all the figures in front.

BeeJay, could you be half way decent to the guy?

Yeah, i think they are hard to come across in the UK, but can be bought from USA at

http://astore.amazon.com/braindamage-20 ... F8&node=16

Basically there are 2 sets of figures, all related to the imagery from The Wall film with a range from The Judge to one of the frightend ones. They all come with a little section of wall and connect to each other, so when you put them together they form a 3ft long display

So these figures in no way trivialize the artistic integrity of the composition that Roger Waters painstakingly created, right?
