The future of NPF....

You may have noticed that I have not been on the site or updated any of it for a long time. The truth is, after 8 years of maintaining the site, I think I have become bored with it and want to spend my spare time doing other things!!

So, I am exploring the options of either selling the domain, the complete site and everything, or just cutting the site down so it just has a forum, newsletter and that be it. News can be posted in a "news" section on the forum.

Thoughts? Ideas?

It´s understandable, maintainining a site takes a lot of time and the Floyd aren´t producing much news anyway. But whatever you decide to do, the forum should somehow stay alive i guess....

I havent take a look at the site for a long time now, and I really dont think theres much reason to keep that thing running...

If I need news about the Floydz I take a quick look at the Brain Damage.

But FORUM MUST BE KEPT ALIVE!

I would miss the forum if it went away, but honestly, I haven't looked at much else on here other than the forum for quite some time, and I can certainly understand how Keith might be getting bored of it after 8 years. I come here because there's friends here to jabber with, and not really for any news or info about Pink Floyd.

There are too many good friendships on the forum that would be lost if it was not here so keep the forum going but give yourself a break and forget the rest of the site

So...yeah, I'd say keep the forum and ditch the rest and it'll be much easier on you and I think everyone else will be quite happy.

I don't mind if the rest of the site goes but it would be a pity if the forum went. With the help of moderators, I'm sure the forum can keep going without it taking up much of Keith's time.
