He was a tracker mod rather than an actual mod. From what i remember he did a darn good job too

Yeah. Me misses the tracker :(

It would be nice if Keith did keep some content on the site, stuff that doesn't need to be changed. At least that way, it'll still direct new people this way and maybe join the forum.

Wot's a tracker mod? I don't think I want to be one.

Just a moderator of torrents, mostly to block out all of the illegal stuff, but the tracker is gone because of Sir Gilmour and his beautiful management team.

Is this true? Unless sites say they are archives, it's generally not a good idea to stay static too long - if it's boring for the site Admin, then it's boring for the visitor. Not wanting to put words (or anything else) in Keith's mouth, but it sounds like that's what he's on about.

I say:
- Keep the NPF web site only if it has stuff that does need to be changed frequently.
- By all means keep an archive version of it available - good stuff is good stuff, but it's only value is then historical, not in e.g. providing a PF ref. or linking through to the forum.
- Otherwise, get rid of it one way (absorb sections into the forum?) or the other (Moom?).
- The forum must live on.

I have spoken.

I think miss snifferdawg should be a moderator.
She is very intelligent and never caused any shit around here...

I would like to thank you Mr. Jordon, my time on NPF is sometimes the best part of my day. I have never really contributed to the forum other than in Fun and Games...but I really enjoy the people on here, they are interesting and intelligent and humorous...they feel like my friends even though I wouldn't know it if I were standing next to any of them. The forum is a really wonderful place to relate to people who, being Pink Floyd fans, seem to have that little bit of a slant that makes them people that I can relate to and that other people don't seem to have. Whatever you need to do is perfectly understandable, I want you to know how much I have appreciated this place. 8)
