So, was she really Ricks dog? I think I was told by someone that she was his dog. If she was (and even if she wasn't, really), that's fucking awesome. I have a slight obsession with sighthounds, especially the Borzoi.

I dont know about it being Ricks dog emily, but wiki (yeah, i know ) says that the dog 'nobs' belonged to 'Madonna Bouglione (the daughter of circus director Joseph Bouglione)'.

There is an old video of Rick and a dog in the "Point Me At The Sky" promo. It might be on Youtube somewhere. If somebody has the time, they could analyze that video and the Pompeii video to see if it's the same dog. If it is, it is likely Rick's.
