The source. Wasn't it Rick himself sometime in the past year? He suggested it would be all instrumental. I don't know how far he got, or if any actually tracks were laid down.

Hate to be the one to say it, but if those instrumentals were anything like the ones on "Broken China" maybe it's not such a bad thing that he didn't finish it.
