Which lyrics do you think is the most touching??? IMO, the first is better.

Im afraid I didnt like anything after Appetite For Destruction, the stuff after that just seems so corny and cliched. Appetite however IS one of the greatest rock albums ever!

I like the alternate lyrics; I think they're more poetic, and yes, more depressing... Great song, either way, though- I've always liked it a lot.
