You can just resize it in Paint, a feature that comes with every Windows

In Paint, go to Image>Stretch/Skew...

You should have used the 'stretch ' on yours moom it is far too small.

Its much easier to go to one of the many websites online to change a pictures size if you are not too good with computers.
