When the Roger Waters 2010 Tour Concert Tickets does get announced, they will appear on the upcoming concerts page that I just finished adding to the concert database.

There is no official comment whether any concert dates will be announced or not. But it is rather likely in my view. Hence I modified the PF concert database to display future gigs so people can see! Good to get in there early so the search engines pick up on it and people start linking/blogging/posting it around etc.

I think it is 85% likely there will be an announcement in the next couple of months though nothing official has been said yet other than Roger is considering a tour but nothing is concrete yet. Those websites that say otherwise are probably making it up and abusing the fans in doing so.

No word though and there may be no tour at all.
