....there may be a certain guitarist practicing his famous solo,getting his voice ready for those famous lyrics and excercising his facial muscles for those famous cheek and lip contortions! I should think London will be the location for his appearance.
Although,now they say the concert will be filmed in Greece. Does this mean they're not filming in London!? In any case,if Gilmour does not appear on the main concert DVD,they sure as heck better have a segment with his performance on the Extras Disc!

Who says Gilmour will be on the DVD? Why would he automatically be on Roger's DVD? That is stupid causality. Why do you think London will be the venue?

Not doubt Youtube will have footage of him when he does appear,but I want a professionally filmed version to come out.I think O2 arena London will be the venue 'cause David wouldn't necessarily travel too far to perform.
But with the announcement to film in Greece,where does this leave London which was the originally stated filming location?
Roger may want to have the main concert DVD feature the tour group only so as to make it a properly represented version of the tour.Therefore,hopefully,any footage recorded with David would be added to the extras section or on a second DVD to come with the release!
Here's hoping this is the plan!

Thanks Keith! I figured England would be the location definitely! I suppose it could've been in Manchester or Birmingham but Gilmour's homebase is the London Area!
