Eeeh, not my type of paint job. Reminds me of that ugly Van Halen guitar and other similar 80s offsprings.

This is sometimes called a "Bowling Ball" finish, I guess because bowling balls are made of different coloured materials (epoxy?) and then roughly mixed so the individual colours stick out.
Fender seem to have had a run of Bowling Ball Stratocasters at some point. They removed one tone control and instead put the output jack on the pickguard, thus removing the need to route out an output jack hole and therefore Fender could also mount the electronics entirely on the pickguard. Looks like another case of Fender being tight-wads flogging budget instruments with some flashy tagline.
