I liked JD a lot in the early 80s. I cannot listen to them anymore. Tastes change.

Stan bought a New Order compilation CD last year...there were some rare songs he used to have on vinyl that he was trying to find, but the CD he got wasn't it. It sounded so very 80s in a dated, synthetic, beat-driven way. We looked at eachother and said, "Why are we listening to this?" We rendered it unlistenable.

Sorry, it's just not my cup of tea.

Joy Division is one of my faves...stuck around in your soundtrack.

At the time - the initial few years, New Order wasn't bad at all.
