---In your opinion, what is the creepiest Pink Floyd song/song segment/album/or artwork? Every year or so i like to rehash this oldie but goodie, just to see how it holds up over time.
I already know exactly what i choose, but i will post my answer after i see how well this thread does. I hope you guys and girls really think hard on this one and choose your one and only answer carefully. Keep in mind, it can be anything. Even a small part of a single song, or even the theme of an entire album. Its up to you...

This is a good question and something I haven't actually given much thought to beforehand.
The entire theme of Animals is quite creepy in my opinion, but the lyrics to Two Suns in the Sunset has to be the creepiest, particularly the "weather report" as the song fades out.

The Endless River might have what you're looking for? "Sum" and "Skins" are quite atmospheric of an impending doom.
And if you played "Several Species of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together In A Cave And Grooving With A Pict" beforehand it seems like the ending of "Sum" is what became of the furry critters all these years later!
"Autumn '68" has an atmospheric organ solo from Rick in the same year.

Mind Your Throats, Please from Atom Heart Mother. It genuinely sounds like it belongs in a 60's experimental horror film or something.

“Don’t Leave Me Now” with its dissonant sounding chords and that BREATHING.
But then maybe “Empty Spaces” which sort of sounds like a train barreling through a tunnel to Hell.

The percussion at the beginning of that track and the reverberated guitar is haunting stuff. I love that openingNooma Sheen wrote: ↑Tue Nov 12, 2019 2:33 am But then maybe “Empty Spaces” which sort of sounds like a train barreling through a tunnel to Hell.
