I was watching Jeff Beck's 'Cause We've Ended As Lovers' live at Ronnie Scott's (2007) and it occurred to me: I had always said Les Claypool's bass solos were unbeatable but Tal Wilkenfeild's takes the cake.
You don't get a gig with Jeff Beck by being great. You get it by being legendary.
