I think, following the revelations in this documentary, that the jury is no longer out on whether or not Roger is an antisemite. I think the 2010 email [see “dirty kykes”, “scum”] and the horrible recollections of his former Jewish saxophonist [see mocking the poor guy’s Polish family who were murdered in the Holocaust..who does that?!
] were particularly odious.I know that it would be much nicer to be discussing the great music that Roger has been involved in creating but this is just too serious an issue to sidestep. It also makes you look at some of his lyrics in a different light e.g., ‘Waiting for the Worms’:
