Thanks. I see now. I got a bit optimistic and wondered if it was a hint that Nick will be on Dave's new album. Then I thought that it was probably from the TER era.

That is just a photoshop of the 2014 image of the band (David and Nick) from The Endless River album booklet. Originally they are sitting on the edge of Astoria houseboat where they recorded it. Google The Endless River and you will see the original.
