how likes them.....? they're one of the most mellow and saddest sounding bands i have ever heard....the music is so beautiful and touching that it almost makes me cry every time i hear it......
they're an icelandic band and they make radiohead look like heavy metal compared to them.....

Sigur Ros..
Their music like puts you into a mood of depression. Seriously one time I actually DID start crying listening to them. I could just lay on my bed and listen to the ( ) CD untill I went to bed. I think them and Godspeed You! Black Emporer play the most depressing music ever.

Yes and I love it. It's real nice winter/autumn music imo. I prefer the Aegitis birjun (or something) to ( ) but that's probably just because I knew Aegitis first. Writing this I spontaniously think of Tortoise and especially Djed from the Millions now living album.
