Just an idea.

Talk about any music other than Pink Floyd/Solo Stuff

Should we have such a thread where we suggest songs?

Whoa now you're talking riddles to me. I don't quite understand the "catch your fire" bit.
Just give'em hell Rosm.. Burn your fire throw your fire or catch your fire. Cause, your opinion is better than no opinion at all!! :)

Good idea Ridan...why don't you start the ball rolling and we'll see how it develops. Maybe for once we could actually sustain a thread and benefit from it without the usual schoolboy jokes(I'm as guilty as anybody  ) , love letters or other deviations from the posted subject.Having over 3100 tracks on my computer ranging from Aphrodites Child to Frank Zappa with many varied musical styles covered I'm more than ready to listen to other peoples choices in music(as long as its not country and western :) )

Johnny Cash made some nice country songs, try the Nine Inch Nails cover Hurt...
But I'm not that much of a C&W fan myself.

Creedence Clearwater Revival, is a nice band, Folk-rock, and still has some western-conutry stile. Why not, I like them. Not as PF but they're good.

Crumbling land by PF is revered to by David Gilmour as "country".

We seem to be wandering off the topic before we've even started.Seeing as its Ridans idea I think she should start us off.

You're right, which song should we listen to Ridan?
