Hello all,
I recenetly made a remix album of Pink Floyd music with the acapella album of Jay Z's the Black Album. It is very similar to the Grey Album by DJ Dangermouse (combined Jay Z and the Beatles' White Album to make the Grey Album). I did it just for fun and it turned out pretty cool, even though I don't even really like rap all that much.
If anyone is interested in hearing it and has a way for me to get it on the web (other than Geocities or something similar), let me know.
Cheers
ps: I tried to keep it tasteful and I really like the results.
The Pink Album

Thanks for at least replying and telling me it is a bad idea. I was beginning to feel shunned. Although, I disagree. I think it is quite good. I used to not like rap...but then I started thinking about history....
people didn't like the blues at first because "it wasn't sophisticated enough"
people didn't like jazz because "there are just too many notes...or not enough notes"
people didn't like rock 'n roll because "it is just too loud and agressive"
rap is just the new blues, jazz or rock......those unwilling to open their minds will not get to experience something new and exciting...just like those "squares" who wouldn't listen to rock in the 50s-what a bunch of dorks.
My rant is over.
Peace
